Rev. Sr. Fernando Majella Fernando, FMA, was appointed by Mother Chiara Cazzuola as the Second Provincial of the Province of Our Lady of Snow (INT), Tiruchirappalli for the term 2023 – 2029. She was installed on 26 May 2023 by Rev. Sr. Celine Jacob, Visiting Councillor from Rome. With the inspiring motto “To be Blessing,” Sr. Majella began her mandate with deep faith and enthusiasm. Having served the Provinces of INM & INT for over thirty-five years as Teacher, Headmistress, Formator, Animator, Academic Coordinator, and Provincial Councillor, she brings rich experience in Salesian spirituality. Her leadership reflects warmth, wisdom, and missionary zeal, inspiring the Province to live as a community of faith, hope, and compassionate service, where every Sister and institution becomes a true blessing to the young and the poor.
